Well worth it
Took 10 minutes to install. Started right up and runs like new

It worked, and was a great value as well!
I put new carburetors on the 1999 "Home-lite" weed trimmer and my 2009 "Mighty Lite" weed trimmer after they sat in the shed for years. Took some pictures of the carb and the make and model and made sure ones I chose were like the ones on my Iphone. Watched a few YouTube vids and just followed the steps. The HIPA carburetors worked in each case, so whenever I need one, I try to get a HIPA if there is one. Best thing is, they come with a plug, proper hoses and gaskets and even filters. It is always a good thing to have spare parts for these things. This is an inexpensive fix and they both started right up. They were a great value and I was very pleased with the way they started right up after the "operation" was complete, and the patient did not indeed die. I say - double check what you buy and make sure it is the right one with model numbers, comparing pictures with what is shown, check out a couple on-line videos, be deliberate and careful with the disassembly and reassembly, and chances are good those "pains" in the corner of the shed will once again be working trimmers. Cost-effective and delightfully complete gets 5 stars from me.

Throttle linkage differs slightly from original equipment but otherwise the carburetor works on my Mantis tiller with Echo SV-4B engine.
