Definitely not meant to be played with
I'm going to be generous and give three stars because I did know this was not persay meant to be a child's toy. It's nicely made and heavy. The grapple hooks do not stay closed though they just flop about freely. Same with the cover to the engine compartment. My son finds those things frustrating but he doesn't want to return it.

Don't buy
DON'T BUYI got this and it broke within two days just picked it up and the track broke off I also bought a dozer and the track was broke in the box and I bought an excavator and everything is super loose on it I strongly recommend not to buy

Size
The product was a bit too small. The feller buncher had a plastic cutting head on it and it should have been die cast like the clam on the grapple Skidder. Very expensive for what I received.
