What is the mixing ratio?

The ratio is 2:1. It says it on the side of the can on some of their products for future reference.

Do you mix this with the flakes for your paint color? Or is this just a top coat?

U can mix with flakes and lay down flake or you can tint it with candy color. It’s also a protective layer u can spray over ur art work when you’ll need to sand before the final clear.

Can intercoat be polished?

SG-100 should not be polished and would probably burn through very easily. Intercoat clear is base coat with no pigment, it is non-structural.

Can you spray over car wheels after painting them?

I only use to mix with candies when painting true fire...... You will have to put a good clear coat over it to seal or its going to come right off.... hope this helps...
