Tiger Crown 2375 Bread Grill with Square Lid

The media could not be loaded.  I have been making Japanese milk bread for a while. Although I love my USA Pan pullman for its quality and weight, Japanese milk bread is slightly larger than the American sandwich white bread size. I got this square one so I can make a loaf of sandwich bread and other snack-sized buns with one dough that my kitchenmaid can handle at a time. I had tried other generic ones before, but the coating came off very easily. I love the quality and the size of my new Tiger Crown pullman. Will buy another size in the future.

It's the perfect size (Big) I was looking for.but better clean/dry right away to avoid rust.I only used it twice, but I left it in sink for three days, it rust.

The pan was received without damage. It is well-made and heavy. I have started lining it with parchment paper as the bread was getting stuck in the corners where the sides are connected. Other than that, it makes beautiful square loaves, cooks evenly, and makes the crust a nice light brown on all sides.

I don't know why pretty much every other pullman loaf pan out there has small interior dimensions (< 4 inch sides) that makes really tiny slices. Of all the ones I've purchased previously, only one of them makes decent sized slices is a 2.2 lb pan... That's just way too much bread. This is pretty pricey but the size is perfect.

There seems to be black grease when I first opened the mold.

Great size and heats up fast. Bread turned out great. But, it is just tacked at the seams. Any spray fat or butter just leaked out the bottom. Sad, important detail.

The pan will work for the traditional square loaf size, but these pans are definitely smaller than expected.

Very good quality and Made in Japan.I bought two of them. So every time bake I made different favors of the Toast Breads.Love them.
