It says 87% organic. what part isn't organic? only thing i can see is perhaps the vitamin e.

On the jar, the ingredients listed are: Purified Water, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Beeswax with Pollen & Propolis, Raw Pupukea Honey, Vitamin E, Royal Jelly, Made with Organic Olive Oil. It does mention the beeswax with pollen & propolis and honey are from their holistically managed Hawaiian beehives, so perhaps they are considered organic products as well. I would agree that the vitamin E does not appear to be organic.

I just started using Honey Girl and really love the way my skin feels after using it. Did anyone notice any initial breakouts, though?

Not initially, but after about a year of using 2x per day my forehead started getting little bumps. Changed to 1x day in p.m., still bumps. Now don't use on forehead at all and it is improving. Also love the way my skin feels after using it, but I think cream is very rich so now use very sparingly on rest of face.

Well I would guess about 2 inches. These are small jars, but you don't need to lather a lot of cream on your face. Moisten your face first, and then pat a very small amount over your face. I love it and I have dry skin.
