This item is sturdy and handy. Yes only one foot can stand on it but for heaving oneself onto a vehicle roof that is all that is needed.Great price for the item compared to others. A piece of tissue was used to place between vehicle and end of foot plate that contacted vehicle therefore no scratches.Would recommend

Good little tool to access the roof

A good sturdy step but the square corners on the back may damage paintwork on the door frame if the frame is radiused like mine. Fortunately because it's made of aluminium, it's easy to to round the corners off with a file.
