Luis Suarez is my favourite player. As a Liverpool fan I was eager to read more about him, I thought it'd be interesting to see what goes on inside such a controversial figure's head. There is much more to Suarez than merely being a great football player, his story of going from 'rags to riches' is truly inspirational and his life is a love story in every sense, a love of the game and the love of his life Sofia.It doesn't matter whether you're a fan of Groningen, Ajax, Liverpool or Barcelona, this is simply a book for any great lover of sport in general!

A fabulous book it’s just a shame that the photos are in black and white not colour. I am a big fan of his so I enjoyed reading about him.

This book is brilliant , I didnt relise it had pictures inside too it made his story better as you get to see photos of his life ,this book gives you a great insight into him as a person not just a football player , great book very happy . well written too , touching and warming read : )

I'm from Uruguay and I love Suarez, I bought the book in English so my husband could also read it (he's English) and since we started reading together the first page we couldn't stop !, now we are almost at the end. It's a great life story of a great football. Player......

Excellent, far more than the usual footballer autobigraphy. Manages to make you re-consider this most controversial player : he's not the evil bastard of popular English opinion. Read it and decide for yourself.
