Works great, no problems installing.
Our home was built in 2004, the water heater hasn't been replaced since then, a few months ago it stopped keeping the water as hot, so my husband had me research and order a replacement for him to install. He had no issues with the install, believe he watched an instructional video. Water heater is back to working great again.

Perfect replacement part
After some basic troubleshooting, we discovered the upper heating element needed to be replaced. This one did the trick and resolved the issue. It was amazing to see the state of the old one that was removed comparative to the new one. However, the installation was easy after getting the proper removal tool OR having a 1 inch deep well socket available.

Worked for my water heater as advertised. Good price, fast shipping. If you don't know what you're doing with electrical wiring, DO NOT DO IT. Call a professional, or someone who does. 240 Volts is nothing to play around with, especially near water.

Plent of hot water.
Just what I needed and works well, have plenty of hot water now don't run out of hot water half way through a shower... Pretty easy to install, took no time at all to replace the heaters and thermostats.

Edward 🇨🇦 I liked that it arrived the next day . No Home Depot , or plumbing supply store rigamoroll order and wait curbside pic up. I did not like that it arrived and element it was not even in the package as you can see in the photo. I was scratching my head on that one....
