Worth Every Penny!!! Perfection for wire sculpt & jewelry artists!
Outstanding! You get what you pay for! So if you like the look of black steel to sculpt or make jewelry bases with, but don’t want to deal with the oily coating or blackened fingers, it’s Sooo worth the little extra price. It’s smooth, easy to work, sculpt, & bend, yet has that definitive steel strength. Just don’t mistake dark/black, annealed wire for shiny, silvery, galvanized wire-there’s no coating on this, including the protective barrier for outdoor use so it will need to be sealed before placing in the elements, or if you wish it to stay This color over time. I only wish I could find more sizes/gauges by this manufacturer so I could do more!
