Exactly as promised
Great product, exactly what it offers, but the quantity was a little too much for our family before the flavor got a bit tired.

Great taste, but a little inconvenient to use
I love this hot chocolate, BUT, even though I select ‘strong’ and 8ozs, there is still chocolate left in the pod. When done, I remove the pod from the machine and holding it over my cup I rip open the foil top and spoon some hot chocolate into the pod (remember there is a hole in the bottom of the pod) and stir a little, then dump that into my cup. I don’t like to use 12 ozs because I feel it waters down the flavor too much. There is no recommendation as to how much water to use on the packaging. I gave it a lower rating because of this. Otherwise it would be a five star.

I love these! I use two, open them and pour them in my Hot Milk, I can’t drink hot chocolate with water has to be milk, then I add a bit of Crème De mint liqueur, stir and enjoy, mmmmmm!

Flavor ok, but cant make over 8 ounces or its watered down. Good amount for value..
I disliked that you can't make anything more than 8 ounces, or it's watered down.
