Dickie Toys - 24" Light and Sound RC Fire Truck with Working Pump

This is literally the coolest fire truck I've ever seen. First of all it's HUGE! any bigger and a 3 years old could probably ride it (lol j/k), but it is 2 feet long so make sure you have a nice big parking space for it at home. It has sirens that light up with 2 different sounds, a flexible crane that extends, lifts, and rotates 360 degrees, gadgets including 4 yellow cones & 3 fire extinguishers, and to top it off a water pump that SHOOTS WATER!!!!! Keep the mop close and tell your kids the mop is the fire to entice them to shoot in that direction, or it makes a great outdoor toy. It also comes with batteries. We bought it as a gift for my husband's nephew who turned 3 this month and he absolutely LOOOOOVES IT --- he didn't put it down all night. This truck is nearly perfect. a couple of things that would have absolutely made it perfect (just me being picky) is if the ladder came off (it comes as a fixed piece on the side of the truck), and if it had doors that opened & closed, and had hollow cabin and passenger space to put lego men, or mini fire fighter toys inside. So happy with this purchase and the price is super affordable. Highly recommend it!

My 4-year-old son loves this fire truck. It's enormous and very practical. All the details of this toy are well-designed. It's of good quality and worth every penny spent on it. I would definitely buy from this manufacturer again.

The truck is pretty amazing, first off don't be scared of the squirting water, the tank is small, small enough that if you dumped the whole thing in one spot it would do no damage, but it will be distributed more sparingly through the squirting action. Also it's small enough that you can say, "no this is your last tank!" and then put them to bed sooner rather than later. It makes sounds which fine I guess. They loved the road cones, but I don't know why. They will cordon off sections of you living room. If you get traffic fatigue often, I would take the cones away. They are probably lost by the end of this post anyways. very sturdy and finish holds up well to abuse. Highly recommend.

This was a gift for my nephew for his 3rd birthday. He absolutely loves toy fire trucks, police cars and ambulances. I live about 400 miles from him and he has had the toy for less than a week, so I cannot speak to the durability or functionality of it. His dad, my brother in-law, said he was over the moon excited when it arrived in the mail.

I bought this for a gift for 2 different people and the babies loved it! It’s huge for a child honestly!! For the price you can’t beat it!

This fire truck is a great size (especially at this price point). Both my 2 and 5 year old love it! It has a small resevoir to hold the water (which is nice because its not enough water to make a big mess, but its enough to pump through the hose long enough to satisfy the kids.) The plastic feels a little cheap but it has been durable so far. I will post an update if anything changes. The lights and sirens are fun and it has a convenient holder on top for 4 yellow traffic cones (which is great because otherwise the cones would have gotten misplaced in a day since we have so many toy vehicles). I really like that the water hose doesn't require batteries to work so if the batteries die or I don't want to listen to the sirens any longer I can remove the batteries and my son can still play with the truck and hose. It was one of the kids favorite holiday presents even though it was one of the cheaper ones. Great value!

Looked great, but the remote control did not work.
