Calico CrittersCrib with Mobile - Interactive Dollhouse Furniture Set with Working Features

My daughter is just now getting started with playing with little dolls and doll houses. These small cribs, or bunk beds or any of the Calico Critter sets come mostly put together and easy to assemble the pieces that aren't together. Size, detail, and quality is fantastic. No complaints at all. Just as a heads up they do not come with a doll unless it specifys that it is included (one of my in-laws bought a similar set and assumed it came with the dolls/critters because it showed it on the box in the bed). Anyway, a great product and the 3rd set I've bought from here!

During the first year I was born, my Dad custom built me a 3-story dollhouse. He did not buy a set with instructions about how to build a dollhouse. He literally used leftover pieces of wood from when our home was built approximately 5-6 years prior to my birth. For over 20 years I have experimented with various dollhouse furniture sizes. It was not until 2014 that I finally discovered & purchased, now retired, 8 Calico Critters’ Family & Furniture Sets. I continued mixing their furniture with other brands but none compared to the Calico Critter Furniture Sets. Furthermore, I wasn’t well-versed about dollhouse furniture scales. In fact up until earlier this year, I thought the Critters’ furniture was on a 1:12 scale! Thankfully, I learned (via a post review or post description) the Critters’ furniture scale is 1:24, which is precisely what my dollhouse requires! For reference the following are my dollhouse measurements. . . The 4 main rooms located on the 1st—2nd floors are 17-inches deep & 9.5-inches wide, the 1st floor front door entrance/hallway is 17-inches deep & 7-inches wide, the 3rd floor room is 17-inches deep & 28” wide. The dollhouse is 36-inches wide at its longest point & 27.5-inches tall at its highest point. The dollhouse sets atop a Lazy Susan (allowing it to spin 360-degrees) that is permanently mounted onto a 24-inch wide & 16-inch deep end up-cycled end table. Thus, the rooms are deep allowing them to need a lot of furniture but on a 1:24 scale, which is exceedingly difficult to find as most dollhouse furniture is either 1:6 (Barbie size) or 1:12 (appropriate for 6 to 8-inch doll size). I placed the Critter’s Crib with Mobile 11-Piece Set inside the 2nd-floor “Children’s” room, which also contains Connor & Kerri’s Carriage Ride 10-Piece Set, 2 Furbank Squirrels’ siblings, Children’s Bedroom [White] 36-Piece Set, Sweet Sugar Fashion Collection 14-Piece Set, and Baby Toy Box 18-Piece Set! Suffice it to state I am “over the moon” happy to have been able to find the appropriate Critter crib for Connor & Kerr—So much so, I MIGHT just find myself purchasing a second crib! I though it was adorable with the little mobile

Need I explain? My gf loves these little calico critters and she has a shelf dedicated to them and she recently got these little bunny baby calico critters so I bought this bed for her and she loves it, it’s size perfectly fits the three little babies inside, it feels pretty durable in terms of sturdiness so that’s good. The little bedding was cute she kept tucking them in and moving them around every now and then. She loves it and I’m glad u was able to get this gift for her!

My daughter has so many Calico Critters babies. She wanted this crib for them, and she loves it ! Fits two twin size babies, or one toddler( the ones with movable limbs that can stand). Also fits three triplet size babies. The mobile looks so cute when spun, and it is so versatile because you can take the mobile toys and use them individually! Very good quality for the price, all the parts came. Just the small gate is not the most stable, babies often fall out. Nevertheless, it’s perfect!

So adorable! The detail is positively precious! Ideal for any Calico Critters collector! Colorful and sweet!

What I love:- small and adorable- lots of attention to detail.- drawers come out and you can put some of the tiny accessories inside- you can spin the mobile, which my toddler loves.Things to consider:- the drawers fall out so, so easily. I wish there had been some kind of closure that wouldn't fall out with the smallest jostling.- the mobile also falls out very easy. This should really snap in better.Overall:I really love this! I just wish it was easier to keep the pieces in it.
