I spray this on the bottoms of my feet before bed for a relaxing sleep. It’s also very helpful if I get leg cramps or restless legs in the night. It smells wonderful and dries quickly. I’m a repeat purchaser.

This stuff smells really good and seems to work very quickly! I bought some for my dad who is dealing with symptoms of cirrhosis of the liver (vitamins and minerals don’t absorb as well) and this is helping him to deal with random pains in his muscles, nerves and what he says feels like his bones. I have personally dealt with anxiety for a long time and I have learned that magnesium deficiency is a huge component in anxiety sufferers, so I decided to grab myself a bottle and it definitely gives me a calm relaxed feeling within just a few minutes. Totally recommend!!

I cannot fault the product at all. It just wasn't what I was looking for specifically. I was hoping for something with a little bit more oil consistency. I read all the reviews. many of them said it was drying, but I figured how dry could it be? It's a liquid. I think what it's doing is it's absorbing in the skin immediately, which for effectiveness? yes, it does as promised. within minutes of application that crawling feel in my feet and legs disappears. The scent is light and pleasant, and there there is a very generous portion of product for the price. Overall, I am genuinely pleased with the product. I'll use it until it's finished, because I can always add a little extra lotion after application.

First bought it for my boyfriend who has an insomnia and I do love it. Sprayed on my legs and feet, helped me with sleeping from the first spray. The first time it could feel a bit strange and itchy but usually gone within a couple minutes. I do have a dry skin so I take turns whether to put spray on legs and lotion on feet or lotion on legs and the spray on feet. This way it helps me maintain my healthy skin and healthy sleeping! Thank you for this wonderful product. I would recommend it and would definitely buy more!

I usually buy Sun foods magnesium oil , and I love it , but they have been out of stock ; so I tried seven minerals because of the good reviews ; at first I was pleased with the product ; upon first spraying on about 8 sprays , I felt relaxed within minutes , but later that night I sprayed more , and I did fall asleep with ease but ended up having the worst nightmare I've ever had in my life. Scared to take again. The herbs are probably the culprits.
