Solid Stainless Steel Dehydrator Rack
I've been using this for a couple of months for multiple purposes, not just dehydration.I think that as a dehydrator rack, it can hold a lot of food and is relatively easy to assemble. I should note that it's easiest to add each rack one at a time and then put the food on the top-most rack before adding another rack, rather than putting the food on the racks and attempting to assemble it. It can be a little messy to do it the other way since the slots are tight (which is good because it prevents any shifting during the dehydration process).I have also used this to cook in my air fryer, since it's stainless steel. For other food products, it is pretty robust and can stand up to a lot of abuse (grease, burnt on food, etc.) without getting stained or gross. I've popped the racks in the dishwasher, and it comes out good as new each time. No problems with rust or bending from the heat over time.Overall, would I recommend it? Yes, I think it's a solid addition to the normal accessories you would find for your instant pot. It's fairly priced, fits perfectly into an Instant Pot Duo, and is easy to use and clean. Take care of it, and it should last a long time.

This one is made right
The media could not be loaded. I have had an instant pot for a few years now and always wanted to try the dehydrator part of it. I could never find an insert that was made well. Search the products out there and you will see what I mean. Most of them were received dented. I have purchased a few Hartigo products before and trusted their quality so when I heard they now make a dehydrator rack I jumped on it. However, I was skeptical still :-). The package arrived quickly and when I pulled out the insert, I knew it was different. These are made with excellent materials and are very sturdy. I did find it hard to stack food in the racks but I think this was my fault. I think I got excited and added too many items the first time. As you can see from the video the dehydrator function on the instant pot is quiet. Most dehydrators are so clunky and noisy. The rack performed well and cleaned up nicely. I am using these dehydrated oranges for afternoon tea and then evening old fashioneds. The next round is going to be sweet potatoes for my dog and plantains for us. This is a winner for me.

Versatile and saves space
This product drastically increased my surface area for air frying. I can now make enough wings for the family! The only downside is that it’s difficult to flip food. It can be very hard to move the trays when they’re hot.

Great dehydrator rack that fits Instant Vortex Plus
This rack worked great to make pork jerky in my Instant Vortex Plus. It was so much easier than using the racks that came with the air fryer, I didn't have to keep rotating them and could just let them dehydrate. By placing my regular rack upside down on the top rack they cooked evenly and were delicious! They stack nicely for using and then fold down and stack nicely for storing. Great racks!

Very versatile
Dehydrated great. Have been using it as a replacement for my duo crisp fryer basket that is deteriorating.

Unstable
Great concept but flawed design. I see few frustrating issues with the instability and flimsiness1. Each layer sits on a slot present on the two side handles. Those side handles are flimsy and don’t stand vertically on their own, they sway side to side and with it, and so do all the layers. If you have baking molds on each layer with liquid in the molds, high chance of spilling as the rack wobbles.2. It’s hard to insert and remove a layer in the middle when the entire rack wobbles side to side. Although the picture in product description suggest sliding each layer in and out from the side but it requires a bit of force to wiggle it out or push it in and position it3. Each layer does a poor job at load balancing. If you have heavier items near the edge of the layer, the weight can cause that layer to tilt over and your food can slide and fall over into the inner pot liner. This is because each layer is resting on the side handle only on two balancing points, not resting on the layer below.4. If you’re using this rack to air-fry meat and need to turn the meat over halfway during the process, that layer can tilt and all your food can slide over into the inner pot liner if you put pressure on the side of layer (or if meat gets stuck the mesh and you need to scoop it out with a bit of pressure).I’m returning this and buying a different rack that has a better design. Look for racks where each layer sits on top of the layer below (with three legs on each layer) and is not attached to the side handles. Will save you a lot of grief.

Instant Pot Dehydration with the Air Fryer Lid
I bought this set of racks to add to the versatility of my 6 quart Instant Pot. I also have a separate dehydrator so have been making jerky for years. These racks fit with millimeters to spare. I tried a combination of fruit and meats separately, researching times and temperatures. The Instant Pot suggests 125F degrees for 6 hours when you turn on the dehydration button, but pork needs to be cooked at 165F for longer periods (to kill all the bugs), while bananas are less temperature for around 6 hours. The pork and beef cooked about 10 hours to get chewy. The bananas were chewy at about 6 hours. Research your times and temps online beforehand for best results. It took a bit of time to get used to using the racks and installing them with ease. I started with the bottom main holding rack inside the stainless steel pot, but then found that too constricting to use. By the second batch I was just filling and stacking the racks outside the pot and then lifted it all up as one unit after filling and putting it inside. It seemed a lot better to use like this. Cleanup of the racks were in the dishwasher and they only needed a light scrubbing after the meat jerkies. Are they worth the $20 that I paid? Yes. But due to the size of the Instant Pot, they do not make as much jerky as my separate dehydrator, but they are easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to store...and makes the Instant Pot even more versatile.
