Having been given some exercises to do by a physiotherapist with one of them needed a stretch strap, I went through the hundreds of listings and chose this one as having a good review history, plenty of satisfied customers, the price being good and next day delivery too. Looks good, not likely to come apart on the stitching, and a good length/stretch combination. Can't find anything to fault so 5* it is.

would recommend for children! only if you're looking to use this for dance stretches and you're 5''1, or above then get a band with more loops (like 11-12 loops). this one will limit what you can use it for if you're any taller. It's great for stretching right&left split, middle splits, and extensions,penche but any standing poses (arabesque, attitude, needle etc) the band won't stretch to. SO, perfect if you're working on the beginning few, or if you're under 5''.

Great straps. Absolutely excellent and love the loops for the different levels that help me hugely in my practice

I usually use Thera bands, but they deteriorate and break as they are too stretchy and I need to tie it to a door handle at the appropriate length. This band is a great elastic, firm enough for shoulder and neck stretches. The intermediate loops make it very useful to step into, or hold where desired for the necessary tension. I don’t know if it will loosen off, but I’m guessing I could fold it if becomes very loose. I think it will last longer than a latex band and worth a try.

It's OK but not doing much it a bit to stretches for me .

Great stretch band, can be used for all ages. My daughter is 10 years, uses this all the time. I’ve sneaked in a few stretches myself. Very good product and I recommend.

This is a good product with a fair amount of elasticity I mjstly use it to aid my stretching
