Yummy! Better than I expected!
The noodle makes a great substitute for standard wheat pasta. I think the large soup noodle is the best. Although the texture is not quite the same as standard wheat pasta, it is really quite good when mixed with a sauce or topping. I made fettuccine alfredo with the Skinny Pasta and it was very satisfying! It was filling, looked good, and smelled good. I made it four times! If you want to enjoy a pasta dish but lower your calorie and carbohydrate intake, I recommend Skinny Pasta. I WILL be buying it again!

***USE Unsweetened almond or cashew milk to Cook!!!
The trick is low calorie *Unsweetened coconut milk or cashew milk* (25-30 calories per 1 cup)! Forget a bunch of other high calorie sauces/dressings, which just make it taste artificial & negates the low calorie appeal…the low cal milk makes the taste, texture, & appearance exactly like buttery pasta…I’ve cooked these for my parents and my own family numerous times this way and they love them! I heat my pan up between medium/hot…spray a bit of PAM. Drain & dry the noodles (I use 3 bags at a time - 27 calories total) & start w/ some seasonings (onion butter seasonings & dash of salt). I incrementally pour in my low calorie cashew milk at 1/4 cup at a time, stir, & once the milk evaporates, I repeat the process until I use a total of 1 cup for 3 bags of noodles. I lower the temp down a bit about halfway through…it’s usually about 15 mins on the pan to get them soft & buttery like real pasta. I’m stirring the majority of the time. Near the end of the process, I sprinkle on some low fat feta and stir until evenly distributed. Makes about 6 servings at a grand total of 20 calories per serving. Alternatively, I do the same process if I want Mac & cheese, but instead of feta like I do for above recipe, I use a 0 calorie Mac&cheese seasoning - believe it’s technically a popcorn topper, but works just as well for this) & sprinkle on a bit of fat free skim shredded cheddar cheese (a little less than 1/4 cup at 40 calories distributed over 6 servings). Literally tastes like velveeta for about 10 calories per serving. If you want an even more buttery taste, use a couple of drops of butter extract for each of these recipes. You will never miss the real stuff again once you cook these bad boys the right way!

Could be a problem
We are new to a Gluten Free diet, so we were excited to find this possible substitute. Buyer beware! We read reviews before purchase, so we were on the look out for questionable bags. Ordered a 6 pack of angel hair and a 6 pack of Fettuccini. Made it through 2 bags of the Angel hair before finding a questionable bag, dumped that. Fast forward a few weeks, made some Fettuccine Alfredo with 2 bags, out of bag looked great, threw it in with my warm sauce and served it up. Tasted off, not like the Angel Hair, and it was very rubbery. Funny thing is after going back through our food journals, we noticed when we ate the Angel Hair, we both experienced intestinal discomfort and all the things with that afterwards. After the dinner of fettuccine, we were both up in the middle of the night with problems. Did some more investigating, and found that the Konjac root products can be highly indigestible for certain individuals. Found that if you eat a lot of it, there can be intestinal blockages. Not sure how to process all this. Seems a shame to waste the rest of this, but we most definitely do not want to go through that again. I would love to get in touch with the company, but their website does not have a customer service number or email, only contacts for orders and shipments. All I can say is do your research and maybe find a single bag in the store and try it out before you sub out.

A Solid Low-Carb Pasta Alternative! 🍝✨
As someone always on the lookout for low-carb options, It’s Skinny Low Carb Pasta is a pretty good find! While it takes a little getting used to, it’s a great alternative to traditional pasta for those sticking to a keto or low-carb lifestyle. Pros: Low-Carb and Keto-Friendly: At nearly zero carbs, it’s a guilt-free way to enjoy pasta-style meals without breaking your diet. Quick and Easy Prep: Pre-cooked and ready to go, it takes just a few minutes in the pan to warm up. Perfect for busy nights! Versatile: I paired it with marinara sauce, and it turned into a satisfying meal that felt like a treat. Cons: Unusual Texture: The konjac-based texture takes a little getting used to, especially with the water in the packaging. But once prepared and dressed with sauce, it’s much better. Real-Life Experience: While it’s not exactly like traditional pasta, it’s a solid “fake pasta” option that fits my low-carb goals. It’s easy to prepare, and with the right sauce, it makes for a filling and satisfying meal. Final Thoughts: If you’re looking for a low-carb alternative to pasta, It’s Skinny is worth a try. The texture might take some adjustment, but it’s a convenient and versatile way to enjoy pasta dishes without the carbs. Great for anyone seeking healthier meal options!

Nice product.
Love this. I use it in place of rice when i make stuffed peppers, soup, etc. (I can't eat rice.) It works well. Good texture. Quick. Doesn't get mushy or dissolve in soup. Truly low carb.

I didn't have a consistent good experience
I've ordered this once before and was happy with it. It was decent tasting and easy to cook with. But this second time, the orzo rice was dried up and turned into a flaky mess. I opened one package and dumped it on my brussel sprouts and it was fine. But all the other packages were super gross looking. They dont expire until March 2026.

Awesome stuff. I've tried a few brands and this is my favourite. Also, angle hair is my preferred noodle type. I've had these with Asian and Italian meats/sauces. Pro tip - heat them up by boiling in chicken or beef stock and whatever seasonings you want. Gives the noodles a subtle base flavour that is augmented by whatever sauce you use. Also, there's nothing stopping you from mixing in a little bit of wheat or rice noodles of the same type while still reducing a huge number of calories.

I heated 1 pouch up for 5 mins in a pan with some pesto, added some roasted chicken and it was lovely. Light and hit the spot! Great pasta replacement.

I was initially planning to leave a less-than-stellar review, but after experiencing the outstanding customer support from Skinny Pasta, I felt compelled to share how impressed I am. Here’s what happened: In my 24-pack order, about six packs arrived looking dry and not quite right. I reached out to their team, and they responded within the same day offering to send replacements at no extra cost. That kind of service really stands out. As for the pasta itself: it’s fantastic! The taste is great, and the fact that it’s only 9 calories per serving still blows my mind. I usually pair it with homemade sauces to keep things healthy and avoid added sugars or processed ingredients. Since making the switch from regular pasta, I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my weight loss progress. To be clear, I’m already pretty active, go to the gym regularly, and watch what I eat, but swapping in Skinny Pasta gave me that extra edge I was looking for. Huge thanks to the Skinny Pasta team—not just for the product, but for truly caring about your customers.

as konjac noodles go, these are pretty much what you'd expect. we had the angel hair ones, they're the right diametre for angel hair pasta, but like all konjac noodles the taste & texture is nothing like pasta. they tend to clump together in one solid mass when we cook them, so we cut that mass up after rinsing & drying, before adding it to the pot / pan. if you're familiar with konjac noodles then you already know what you're getting. if not, if you're expecting something with the same taste / texture / mouthfeel as real pasta, you will be disappointed

I ordered a box of 24 packs of konjac noodles, but 5 of them were not edible. Even though the noodles were supposed to be in water, they were completely dried out, rubbery, and stuck together in one solid block that would not come apart. I already sent a message to the seller, but I never received a reply. This was really disappointing. The product has potential, but the quality control and customer service need serious improvement.
