Will be subscribing to this one :)
Awesome product. We use a fancy coffee maker at my work. This milk is easy to put the tube in to generate flat whites, cappuccino's and macchiatos. At first I was a little put off by the $3k the company spent on the coffee machine instead of giving me a slight raise... but now I know it was well worth the money. I had to take a training course on using the machine, but it was more money well spent by the company. The milk tastes great and is of great value for the money.

Great Strawberry Milk, Terrible Hole: An Existential Analysis
Listen, I’ve lived a life. Cut people open, argued both sides of the same case, and survived marriage to a woman far more competent than me in every way—especially at remembering to buy groceries. So when I cracked open one of these Horizon Organic Shelf-Stable 1% Lowfat Milk Boxes—Strawberry flavor, no less—I was expecting either powdered regret or something that tasted like strawberry despair filtered through bureaucracy. But seriously now: It’s not bad.The box is tiny, 8 ounces of pink nostalgia, wrapped in industrial promise. Shelf-stable means it sits smugly in your pantry like a pre-apocalyptic treat, waiting for lunchboxes, car rides, or the inevitable “we’re out of milk” emergency that strikes just as your youngest starts screaming like a banshee. Pop the straw in and it’s strawberry. Not strawberries. Not fruit. Strawberry—the idea of it. The memory of the flavor from the synthetic dreams of childhood, but cleaner. More grown-up. Filtered through organic regulations and FDA whisperings. Is it real milk? Technically, yes. It’s 1% lowfat, which is milk for people pretending to care about cholesterol but still drinking milk. It’s not chalky. It doesn’t separate like some of its shelf-stable cousins. And it goes down smooth—like a poem you write at 3 a.m. when no one’s watching and you’ve run out of whiskey. As a father, I appreciate that it doesn’t require refrigeration until opened. The lawyers among us can admire the airtight wording of “USDA Organic and “No Artificial Flavors.”The surgeons and the engineers can marvel at how someone can design a milk delivery system that’s so hard to open with the plastic straw that can’t cut through the seal if you hit it with a hammer, and is still so easy and fun to spill everywhere if you are a toddler.I’m just happy the kids like it and it doesn’t taste like garbage.Would I drink it every day? No. But would I buy another 12-pack to stash behind the apocalypse beans and the Pinot Grigio? Absolutely. If I was a pessimist, I would take a star off for reminding me that strawberry milk, like childhood, is sweet, fleeting, and just a little bit fake: but today, life feels like a sunny morning.

Will I be a fanboy of this milk?
Just bought the whole milk and tried one refrigerated container today. Delicious! One container for me works for a bowl of cereal - they are small which is perfect for my lifestyle. Tasted as good as any store bought I've had. Now to see if they last as long as the containers say out of the fridge. Well if they aren't consumed by then. I'll be buying more.

Very handy to keep on hand for numerous uses.
This is amazing milk and so convenient to have on hand. When I'm making L reuteri fermented dairy, I need a gallon of milk per batch and since I'm disabled, I can't just hop in the car and run to the store when I need it. With the milk having to be heated to 180 degrees for 10-20 minutes prior to making the "yogurt", I don't have to worry about popping it in the fridge to chill prior to drinking, though I usually keep a carton in the fridge to add to my Prince of Wales tea or other black tea in the mornings. The size is ideal for me. When I'm not making fermented dairy, they are nice to keep 1 or 2 in the refrigerator to add to smoothies, tea, cereal, or oatmeal. I know I can use it up before it goes bad. They are just very handy to keep on hand for us older folks.

Tasty, Convenient Chocolate Milk That Doesn’t Need Refrigeration
The Horizon Organic Shelf-Stable 1% Chocolate Milk Boxes (18-Pack) are a great grab-and-go option for lunches, snacks, or travel. I keep these in the pantry and toss them into lunchboxes or backpacks—they’re kid-approved and mess-free.Each 8 oz box has a rich chocolate flavor without being overly sweet, and the 1% lowfat milk makes it a bit lighter than whole milk while still creamy. Being shelf-stable, they don’t need refrigeration until opened, which is a huge plus for convenience and storage. They’re also USDA Organic, which adds peace of mind if you’re looking for a cleaner label. One small consideration: If you prefer really cold milk, you’ll still want to chill it ahead of time—these are best served cold even though they don’t need to be stored that way.Overall, Horizon’s shelf-stable chocolate milk is a tasty, convenient, and wholesome choice for busy families, road trips, or anyone needing a reliable dairy drink on the go.
