This is AWESOME!!!! It is exactly as described, came superfast and even though my dog is not really loving the idea of having to work to get his food, he picked up on it pretty well and very fast. It is a little hard to get it out and as my dog has never had one of these before, I trimmed one of the little tabs off. My mistake was cutting one of the tabs off of the bottom hole and I should've done it on the top hole. But it's all good. I only bought one to see how it would go. I have two dogs and I liked it so much I bought a second and this one I cut a tab off of the TOP hole. Works much better, he is able to get to all the food while working/playing to get it and it's not too hard or too easy.!!! I LOVE this! It is awesome. I have two havanese/chichuahua/York is mix and one weighs 7 lbs. and the other is 14 +lbs. the one is on the thin side but she has the build of a chihuahua/Yorkie so she is pretty good where she is at. But my boy, while he has the bigger build of the havanese he is a LOT overweight. Which is why I bought this. I highly recommend this. He works it and gets what he needs and he gets some exercise while he is doing it and then he passes out for a nice long nap. He is much more relaxed since I got this too.
