Great Stretch, but Could Use Some Improvements
I recently tried this calf stretcher, and overall, I’m pleased with the stretch it provides. It feels effective and really helps relieve tension in my calves. However, I did notice that it tends to slip a bit during use, which can be a bit annoying. The included massage ball is a nice touch, but I wish it were made of rubber instead of hard plastic. A softer material would provide a more comfortable massage experience. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still think it’s a solid product for anyone looking to improve their calf flexibility. Just be mindful of the slipping issue!

Good product if modified for better results
Liked pretty well but had to buy some self sticking rubber strips for the foot surface. The foot surface is too slick for using with socks which is the most comfortable for me. The rubber adds traction so your foot stays in place. I wasn’t crazy about the spiked ball they send with the unit. It was too sharp for my liking but the idea is great so I replaced with a clothes dryer ball which is made in the structure but the spikes are dull not sharp. I find it gives great relief to the workout pain. In my case I broke my heel bone from a fall.

*** MUST BUY *** Less than $20 and you won't regret buying it
First, some background: I destroyed my foot and after 2 surgeries, 8 months of being totally bedridden, and then learning to walk again (I just purchased my first and only pair of shoes 2 months ago), this is a must have. The hamstrings in both of my legs were shot and I now have a frankenfoot that is still healing I(almost 2 years later). This thing not only works/strengthens your hamstrings easily, it also stretches your foot out. It feels great on my good foot, too! It also comes with a spiky ball (pretty sturdy), but I have too much sensory deprivation in my frankenfoot to determine how good it is. And, it comes with a booklet that tells you how to stretch your foot, work on your hamstrings, etc. This device is made of very sturdy plastic (I initially thought it was metal) and I put all of my weight on it without any problems (around 200 lbs; yeah, I'm working on that, too!). If you have problems with your hamstrings, this device absolutely will help you. If you have problems with your feet, this device will help with that, too. If you are a person that doesn't get out much, this device is a good thing to use just to alleviate muscle atrophy. If you were bedridden for any period of time, this device is an absolutely must have.

Really struggling with Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot currently and having developed tight calves, twitching calf muscles I decided to purchase this rocker and to stretch my calves using that. The product is sturdy, it has some grip on the bottom to stop the rocker slipping about (I use mine on hard wood flooring with no movement) and has a heel tab that prevents your foot from slipping when stretching. I tend to do two different types of stretch, I put one foot in and lift the other from the ground, I lean forward and just lightly press against the wall for balance, this REALLY does give the calves a very good stretch. The other I do is then putting my other foot back on the ground a good yard or so back and kind of hinge at the hips and this gives the back of the knee, into the hamstrings a good stretch also. I try to do this for a couple of minutes each time and aim for a couple of times a day. After stretching it does make my plantar feel a lot less painful but it still does return at some point. hopefully it's just a slow burner and all this stretching is helping, I want to get back to running!

After only using this for a week it relieved my plantar fasciitis pain in my foot. I have been doing the exercise (5 × 20 second sessions in a continuous row leaving 3 seconds between each 20 seconds) daily now for 3 weeks and the pain has 95% gone. So this does not require alot of time or effort to do the exercise. The only downside is the size of this is quite small for someone like me with UK size 9 feet. My toes overhang slightly. You are advised to wear a shoe whilst using this as the strecher is made of hard plastic. Even with the small size this has worked for me and the price is very cheap. I would strongly recommend this if you suffer with plantar fasciitis.
