Really, this is cuter than you'd think. It is easy to put on and stays on nicely. It has the perfect amount of brim to keep the sun blocked from the top of her sunglasses. Ha, a girl needs a hat and sunglasses in a convertible! This hat stays on during all our adventures. The chin strap slides up and really secures it nicely. I was surprised with only the one strap and the ear holes that the hat stays on, but, it does. And, we've been in some pretty high wind, blow your hat off situations.

I really like the hat but it was ordered for a medical use and I wish the brim had been a little wider. My poodle is having cataract surgery and vet told me that she would always need some protection for her eyes in bright sunlight because after an implant she cannot adjust her eyes. It will have to do and it does give protection but think of how many would sell if it was marketed for that with a wider brim.

This floral visor is VERY pretty but like most visors they need to be lower in the back so it secures to your head so when you move your head side to side it won't rock right off your head. Well, this has the same cut all around so when my dog turns her head it slides right off her even with the neck strap. My dog is a puppy who's head is the size of a little girls fist. If my dog does not turn her head this visor fits perfectly. I love the idea and definitely wished I could have kept it but design needs a little more work for functionality. Fortunately their Customer Service is amazing!! I know exactly how to modify my visor so it stays on her head and she will be looking fancy free and adorable in her gorgeous floral visor.

This adorable hat fits better than any other I've bought in the past for my little dog. It's very well made and has a beautiful floral print. The designer of this "canine cap" certainly did his/her homework in the anatomy dept. It fits a dog's head perfectly! They took into consideration comfort around the dog's ears and by utilizing the easy closing chin ties it stays put despite the most playful movements. I only wish they had a matching sundress for her....

Cute hat, seems well made. However, it is so, so small. My dog weighs 8 lbs and has a tiny little head, but this hat just sits on top. You might notice, all the photos show long eared dogs. Because Queen Scruffy's ears are stand-up and pointy, they don't fit through the ear holes. The hat will stay on due to the drawstring, but it flattens her ears so she won't wear it. Also, the brim isn't large enough to shade her eyes. A baseball 'cap' would do better. It is very cute, tho, so if you just want her to play dress-up, it's a good hat.

I was worried that it would be too large for my dog(s), as a lot of things labeled "small" are, but it fit both of them very well. They are 4 and 5 pounds with tiny heads. My boy has a rounder head so it fits him better actually, but I just tacked the back of the hat to make the fit better for my girl so it would sit on her better and protect her eyes.

Was disappointed because this hat only will fit floppy eared dogs...my palm trees ears stand straight up and the hat is too wide between the ears for it to fit them comfortable. We love the looks other than the center needs to be narrower for small Chihuahua type dogs
