Does what its made for.

I had read some reviews here that said these replacement heads were dull compared to the originals. I found no such problem and found them much cheaper than I could get them from the manufacturer. A win/win situation if you ask me.

Unfortunately the blade does not cut. Not worth buying

Original blade that I've had for over 3 years cut better. Put new head on thinking it was gonna be great but just pulled hair never cut any. I added blade oil thinking this would do it but no. I just threw unit out an bought bakblade instead. Much better experience and actually cuts without electronics.

My first mangroomer machine lasted 2 months before refusing to take a charge. I then purchased the newer current model a couple years ago, and it holds a charge great, but the cutting heads are pathetically bad.The original cutting head would freeze up solid every single time, and not work. I would pull the head apart and get it moving again with lube, then the next time, frozen again. After a couple years of frustration and only a few uses, I ordered the replacement head. The replacement head showed up frozen solid and not working, so I took it apart to get it going again, and it's the same thing over and over.This new head is even worse the original and doesn't even cut a single hair. I have never been so pissed off about a product in my life. Out of the hundreds if not thousand items I buy on Amazon, this is only the third or fourth review I have ever made. I feel that strongly about how unbelievably crappy this product is.
