These are very sturdy, easy to cut the toughest meat, and they just feel nice when holding the knife, not too big or too small even for people with small hands.

These knives are excellent! Very sharp (be careful)! Nicely balanced, good weight & look beautiful! Good value. Replaced a set of ginsu knives I had for many years after handles started deteriorating. New knives are much sharper & seem better made.
