The item was true to fit and worked well during my workout- definitely caused a good sweat. Initially had a problem putting them on by myself, but found a way around that by adjusting them - then pulling them over my arms. Will recommend.

Impossible to tighten with one arm. They just spun around and did nothing. Only use if you have someone to put them on for you. These were bigger than expected. Not for small arms.

So it didn't exactly do what everyone wants. Obviously it's no miracle cure. it's more of like the feeling of at least something is holding up your arm fat lol. But sadly after just a week use I had to throw them away, not because of the obvious but because the Velcro well...it wouldn't stick anymore....so it became useless and a waste of money won't be buying again. I think it's best to stick with arm sleeves for this kind of thing lol.

So hard to put on yourself! I accidentally hit My face try to tighten it.

These are impossible to put on by oneself. I need my partner to put these on to make a difference.

I wasn't sure about these first because I have large arms but they actually fit and they made my arms really sweat when I worked out. I haven't been using them long but I do noticed a little change in my arms that I hope will continue as I use them. If you're looking for something to help melt the fat I'd give them a try.
