used for post-menopausal hot flashes. works. each time I stopped, they'd return. no side effects. highly recommend these in particular. I tried other brands but spreading out the 3 tablets (2 am, 1 pm or if you can manage it, breakfast lunch dinner) worked better than one higher mg single dose per day.

As good as a placebo for me with regards to BPH. I’ve had better success with Pumpkin seed oil.
