Best form of B1 available
B1 reformed as BENFOTIAMINE is a real breakthrough in nutrition . It has been very helpful dealing with a long-term health challenge, and I know it’s good for my nerves and my CNS system. I really notice it when I don’t take it. To be clear Im not saying that this is the best available on the market, but that B1 as Benfotiamine is the only form of B1 I take since discovering this type of supplement . I will say that of several other products of B1, I keep coming back to BenFoMax.
