I love that it goes into different Celtic regions too and their local tales, definitely worth it! Review: Drivel... - Where to start? First there is a page worth of legal disclaimers where the 'Author', i say that as loosely as possible, attempts to avoid consequences of some type?!? Secondly, this will just be a list of flaws: There are Zero page numbers, the binding is cheap so while flipping through i avoided more than a 30% open, the bibliography is a combination of Wikipedia and Fandom sites, there are a few fluff articles referenced, worst the writing is uninspired. It feels like a copy and paste job, unfortunately the prose and writing aren't that good to even be a copy. So there was time spent summarizing someone else's work, and it wasn't even worth the time to add an individuals narrative flare which might have been entertaining. Over all just don't. Use the images and look up some source data yourself.

Not for me.
This book is great... for a youth. I opened it and immediately felt like I had checked out a book from a school library. It's not a bad book. Just not for advanced historical study.

garbage, print on demand, quality.
No page numbers, no academic sources: I should have read the other reviews before purchasing. Save your money on this trash.

not in-depth enough
Old information nothing new, for extreme beginner .

Audible book-reader is awful
I bought the Audible version to listen to in my car. Good thing I wasn't in busy traffic! The narrator has no clue about Irish pronunciation. I admit I'm no Gaeilge scholar, but I do use Irish sources to try to pronounce words and names correctly. The first time the speaker called a character "COO Coo Lin," it took me a minute to realize he meant Cú Chulainn. It just gets worse from there, and I gave up. Waste of an Audible credit.

Hard cover was scratched
Book was purchased for a gift, cover has deep gouges and scratches. Too late to return and get a replacement

As I am of Celtic Heritage I wanted an insight into the History, cultures and Myths of the Celts and this book supplied information on all of these. I thoroughly enjoyed the read.

I finished this in one sitting. It is a short book of the basics of Celtic Mythology and I enjoyed every bit of it. I recommend this.

No recomiendo este libro que parece copiado y pegado de internet, hasta viene con links que debes presionar como si lo estuvieras viendo en una pantalla.

I was hoping for artwork but this is a fine read. Not an encyclopedia type research book.

This book is way too expensive for the thin for what you get. There are no depths to the stories & no pronunciation guide. It’s a good introduction for wiccans who don’t actually care about the basic Irish Mythology like the Tuatha Dé - which is not even spoken of once in this book. As a person with Celtic heritage I found this book very poorly researched and underwhelming.
