So my daughter has just ripped open her gift in excitement with the biggest smile on her face,at first the doll looks beautiful and the packaging is lovely too but once u take all the plastic out the hair to style it that’s when you notice the poor quality! I’m absolutely shocked with how little hair is actually on the head?! It’s been opened for literally 5minutes and already the hair Is falling out.what the hell?! Very disappointed! Can someone please get it touch with me as I cannot contact the seller.what a waste of money and one very upset child.

Its much smaller than I expected and because it's quite lightweight, when placing it on a table and combing the hair, it will probably topple over unless the other hand is used to hold the doll in place. It might be better to put the head between the knees but that makes free range of motion when combing and styling the hair quite limiting. It's a shame because otherwise it is a pretty doll with striking hair. Beacuse of these practical issues it has not been used much.

Really disappointed in the quality of this item. The hair is really difficult to brush, doesn’t smooth out, there isn’t nearly enough (it’s basically all “scalp”) and it’s nearly impossible to create a nice looking hairstyle. Not to mention the hair elastics are a total joke. I bought two of these for my girls for Christmas and am absolutely lamenting it.

Looks great , however after some use hair gets matted and frizzy , after a couple of weeks unusable

I brought this for my 1 year old and she loves taking peoples glasses and hats off etc and I thought she’d enjoy if we dressed Ariel up and she could take the stuff off. Nope! Turns out she just wants to assault the poor fish.
