Excellent. No aftertaste plus you only have to take one a day unlike most other products where you have to take two to three a day for the recommended dose. Actually cheaper per daily dosage than many others and a quality brand.

I take this because omega-3’s do not lower my triglycerides, but this seems to help and lowering my triglycerides. I’ve been taking it for several months and it’s definitely been effective based on my lab work.

My only issue with these, and I know it's not Amazon's fault) is that the caplets are leaking. They're a mess and the inside of the bottles are too. The oil gets all over your hands and whatever surface you lay them. There's usually a puddle of the oil in the bottom of the bottle. Then your hands smell like fish. Yuck!
