I've been using this for over a month, and I'm incredibly impressed by how well it absorbs. I've been on Vitamin D supplements for over a year and had a P.A. tell me that Vitamin D needs to be taken with healthy fats to absorb best for women. I wasn't sure how I would like this product, and while the consistency and flavor are not my favorite, the end result is excellent. I will be purchasing again.

I have a sleep disorder, and I need different supplements to help deal with it. I also don't see the sun too much.Even though I take a good multivitamin and calcium, magnesium, and D3 supplements, my latest blood work showed low D3. My hair also falls out a lot. I thought it was just menopause at this point, as I do everything right for my hair (satin night cap, minoxidil, correct shampooing, collagen powder). Then I found out that hair follicles need D3 to operate properly.Since starting this supplement, hair loss has decreased by more than half. It's crazy, honestly. All of these articles and products I've checked out failed to mention that D3 is very important for hair growth.I totally recommend this supplement to anyone with a sleep disorder or lives in a low-light zone like we do (less than nine hours of daylight during the winter). It really works.It also tastes like buttercream frosting.

I’ve been buying this brand of vitamins for years. I found the spray Vitamin D easy to take, and highly effective. So, I can recommend. The drawbacks worth noting: the taste is not too yummy, but definitely not bad either; the nozzle occasionally gets a bit stuck, but I’ve found if I leave it out of the fridge for a few hours, it’s easy to clean and unstick. Overall, great product.

I really need a sublingual vitamin D3 because it's possible that I have malabsorption issues in taking vitamin D by mouth and sending it through my digestive tract. I couldn't find one that was certified as actually being what the label states; that it's really 1000 IU of vitamin D3. I don't like buying supplements that are not third-party verified as legit, so I'm uncertain until I see the next lab tests. As for the product itself, it tastes good. Definitely tastes like vanilla. The box states that the vitamin D is derived from sunflowers. I'm not an expert on where vitamin D can be obtained in nature outside of the sun, so that also makes me uncertain. The vitamin D3 I was taking before doesn't state the source of the vitamin D3 but it is USP verified as legit vitamin D3. Part of me says to be happy that Garden of Life states where the vitamin is coming from, and the other part of me is saying that I don't know if sunflowers is a good source or is that a play on words. Lol I'll just say that it tastes good so it will be easy to take. I plan on spraying it under the tongue and allowing it to be absorbed that way. I hope it works. It got high ratings, so hopefully all those who rated it saw an improvement in verifiable blood tests.

I've been using this product for over a year and have seen a measurable increase in vitamin D levels in blood tests. Living in the Pacific Northwest, vitamin D deficiency IS a thing. My doctor recommended a Vit D suppliment also to help boost mood. This product has really helped. Two pumps, once a day, in the morning chased with coffee works for me. It is a little oily tasting, but slight vanilla flavor helps. I don't like to take pills, and through research learned vit D suppliments can he mostly wasted if not taken with other suppliments to increase absorption. I didnt want to start taking a bunch if different pills and gave this liquid a try. Very happy with it and have recommended to friends.

This is a really convenient way to take vit D and I feel great that it is vegan. The flavor is...interesting. You can definitely detect the vanilla, but it's like olive oil + vanilla. Not exactly yummy, but not as bad as other liquid vitamins. This is a great value for the money. Usually liquid vitamins, especially specialty kinds, are expensive. This says it is 1 spray per serving and the bottle has approximately 125 servings, so that's 125 days or 4 months! Not bad at all! I will be buying again and again!

Pros:~I love that this is vegan.~I love the liquid form I am much more willing to take liquids than pills.~Decent size dose of Vitamins~Has 125 doses of 1000IU~It has extra Omegas. Its not just D3~Its OrganicCons:~ The Taste... Oily Vanilla ... I just can't get paste the taste... I have really stopped taking it and only take it maybe once a week and I have really low D levels... I can't really explain the flavor it does have a vanilla taste to it but ... ugh .. it actually gags me...That is the only con I can think off really...I do like the company and their B12 I really like. Its not oily like the D3 is ( But all Liquid D3s are oily). The Raspberry flavor is great and I use it all the time. When I do take the Vitamin D3 I make sure I have water and the Garden of Life mykind Organics Organic B-12 Spray, 2oz Spray to spray the nasty Vanilla of the D3 away and even after that the D3 still kinda sticks with ya....Would I buy it again? Probably not unless it was the only Liquid Vegan D3 available .. and then I would probably try pills first... I like Nordic Naturals Vitamin D3 Vegan-1 oz. I have used 3 bottles of it. It has an oily green apple flavor to it.. that may sound less appealing than Vanilla ... But I do like the flavor much better! So no ... But I will purchase other products from the company again.. So its not the company or even vitamin its self.. Just the flavor...I am also going to leave a review sometime in the future for another Vegan D3 Country Life Vegan D3 Capsules, 60 Count...
