Does the board move as bags hit it? I've seen others having sticks to anchor in the lawn. Wondering if board moves on carpet or hardwoods?

In addition, the board should not slide or move upon impact when played from the recommended 14 feet distance. If your board happens to slide it may be the playing surface and you may have to transfer playing onto another surface. what are the measurements of thE game base as the description shows 2 inches by 3 inches, do they mean 2 feet by 3 feet, the bags are bigger

I ventured into the garage and measured the item. I got 23 inches wide and 35 inches long. The beanbags are 4.5 inch squares. We've had a lot of fun with the game.
