Die Ampel von „BRIO“ ist die erste, mit der ich vollumfänglich zufrieden bin. Aktiviert wird die Schaltung durch einen roten Knopf oben. Sie durchläuft alle Phasen automatisch und schaltet sich am Ende aus. Bei erneuter Aktivierung beginnt sie „entgegengesetzt“. So steht es auch transparent in der Beschreibung. Die Länge der Ampelphasen empfinde ich als angemessen. Gelb ist etwas kürzer gehalten, so kennen wir es ja auch aus dem deutschen Straßenverkehr. Die Ampel steht -auch auf einem Spielteppich- sicher und macht keinen „billigen“ Eindruck. Langlebigkeit, auch in puncto Batterien, wird sich zeigen - bisher sehe ich dem aber positiv entgegen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass auch hier der Name „BRIO“ seiner Qualität gerecht wird. 😉 Alles in allem ein zufriedenstellendes Produkt, das zum Preis von knapp 10,00€ von mir die volle Anzahl an ⭐️ bekommt.

Solid construction. But scale is massive in comparison to Brio trains and characters just so you know. Curiously the light sequence shown in the video is incorrect it shows a Green and Amber combination which doesn’t actually occur. The sequence is actually the same as the UK traffic light sequence. Red, Red and Amber, Green. Green, Amber, Red. A button press on the top of the lights takes it red to green and another button press green to red. The final colour is held for a few seconds before all the lights go out. A great cosmetic addition to the Brio set. The video needs updating it’s incorrect demonstration of light sequencing actually hindered by decision to buy.
