WARNING. The sizes of the bag is quoted at 18 inch x 11 x 8. This is not correct. The real dimensions are 16 x 10 x 8 as I measured twice. I had to return the bag it did not fit my 17 inch laptop.

Been looking for a bag to go under the seat on an airline, with outside pockets. This bag fits my needs. At the time it was $30.00 cheaper than CAA.
