One sets the volume, and it stays there until purposely changed

Q: Did this phone take a long time to charge up the first time? After 7 hours on the charger it still only shows one bar on the battery icon.

I ordered this phone for my grandparents. I know it took a while to charge...not sure how long exactly, but I'm sure after 7 hours it was almost fully charged. Hope that helps. They actually love the phone, the buttons are huge for their seeing problems, it rings very loud and the extra volume is awesome because they both have hearing problems.

This phone itself doesn't have a "block" feature. most of the time you can block calls by contacting your phone service provider and setting up the number with them to be blocked for future use.
