Can this be used as a daily moisturizer? I have 4c hair and it's very dry?

This product did not work well for me. I also have very dry 4C hair. Maybe my expectations were too high. With its use, my hair lacked luster.

If my hair is dry can I still apply it? Does it just remoisturize your hair or can it still stretch the curls out?
