Haven't used it long enough, but hasn't caused any issues and they seem to be helping with weight maintenance. I like the idea of having a option without the extra added caffeine since I'm sensitive to it and can only consume up to 300 mg of caffeine a day due to my condition. Also seems decently priced for the amount you get! My only issue with it was (and this is just with Thorne supplements in general), I've noticed they don't state if they need to be taken with or without food, so I had to do some research on my end to see how to get the best results with it while also not putting to much strain on my liver. This type of green tea needs to be taken with food from what I've found.

This oil is the best. Skin and joints feel the best now. Good energy without any side effects that I feel. Very pleased.
