This product is amazing in what it does, it helps me in a variety of ways with stressful environments. I had a fever before I lowered it down, sugar I cannot say but it works naturally with the body for healing. This 3-blended holy basil tulsi works better than others. I highly recommend this product, it helps moods and strength is good. I took this for years and took a break and started buying it here.

I was alarmed to see a warning on the back that says "warning: reproductive harm" I asked ChatGPT about it: 1. Active Ingredients: Holy Basil (Tulsi) – 3 types (Krishna, Rama, Vana) Total blend: 900 mg per serving (3 capsules) Possible effects: Anti-inflammatory, adaptogenic, and antimicrobial properties—generally supportive. May have mild antifungal and antibacterial effects, which could actually help with SIBO/SIFO. Can stimulate digestion and bile flow in some people—this may aggravate gut symptoms if your system is inflamed or hypersensitive. Risk level for gut-sensitive users: Low to Moderate, depending on individual tolerance. Start with 1 capsule, not 3. --- 2. Prop 65 Warning – Reproductive Harm Likely due to trace amounts of heavy metals, especially lead. This is common in herbs grown in India, even organic ones. California’s limit for lead is 0.5 micrograms/day for reproductive risk. The FDA’s limit for lead in supplements is 12.5 micrograms/day. Most Holy Basil products tested fall well below FDA limits but above Prop 65 thresholds—hence the warning. Risk level for occasional or moderate use: Extremely Low for adults. I found out the hard way that my body had too much estrogen...from being on the Pill and then on top of it... eating foods high in estrogen (Soy, Carrots, etc...) as well as drinking out of water bottles (which leach chemical estrogen into your system) and using cleaning products packaged in high PBE plastic containers. So, I was recommended to get off the estrogen in my diet, avoid those types of foods (as they caused my body to changed into a pear/or what I call "fertility body" with wider hips, larger breasts and tummy). Then, to take "Holy Basil" to lower my cortisol level and get my mood to an even level again. I also changed my Pill to a Progesterone version and am avoiding estrogen as much as possible in my day to day life. Holy Basil is amazing! If you suffer from hormones, weight gain or mood swings...or your possibly dealing with a great deal of stress or emotion... it will help you. It immediately kicks out the bad and makes you feel normal again. I take it twice a day and have had dramatically positive results in how I feel. I strongly recommend this product!

Love the product but sick of broken bottles. This comes wrapped in a little bit of bubble wrap and in an Amazon Prime bubble mailer. Unless I order a bunch of stuff at once so it comes in a box, I get a broken bottle. Out of the last 7 bottles, only 1 was not broke because I ordered a bunch of stuff to prevent that. If you take this on an empty stomach, you might burp up a tea flavor for a couple of hours. That is the only complaint I have about the product. Overall, it helps calm my nerves and lets me be way more chill about problems at work.

My doctor suggested I take this supplement because my cortisol levels were very low. It really helps with the brain fog. I can tell a huge difference after being on it for 3 weeks. Nice packaging too, it's in a glass bottle. You don't find much of that anymore!

Great value, great quality and they work! I take this to stave off panic attacks and it works!!! I get really bad car anxiety sometimes and taking this stops that altogether. I tried l-theanine which helps too and passion flower extracts. These all help with panic attacks but the Tulsi is my fav so far!

Love this product which I find helps a lot with my fibromyalgia pain, it lifts my mood and gives me a bit more energy. I can feel the difference when I’ve run out!

Excellent product compares as well as other more expensive organic tulsi products i have had from other companies. I am using a few other Organic India products and find the goods and the delivery to be excellent. This product however comes direct from India so took about 2 weeks to get here, but well worth the wait when it arrives, I just have to organise myself to order the next bottle when I start using a new one!
