Item as described. Bought the 3 size (S, M, L) pack last time to find the size that worked for me. This time I ordered the one size package These work great for my Plantronics Voyager 5200. Plantronics' earpiece system is semi-fragile in my opinion but effective. What usually fails for me is the little foam o-ring that compresses and tensions up the locking system. These come with a foam covers for the earpiece. The covers take a little finesse to put on without tearing. The foam covers make the headset more secure on my ear but can be a little rough if you wear your headset for extended periods. Depending on your environment these will last quite a while. In my case these get quite a workout in a semi, while I work, and at home, while holding up as good as can be expected.

Originally purchased 2 years ago for my Voyager Pro. I purchased them again when I bought my Voyager 5200. You can't believe the extra cushioning that little foam disk provides if you're wearing your headset all day!
