Men's Aviator Sunglasses American Army Military Pilot Polarized Sunglasses Bayonet Temples

After seeing Top Gun - Maverick I just had to get some good aviator style sunglasses. Ray Ban and Randolph are great quality but too expensive. I ordered these and to my shock they fit and perform very well. I like the straight bayonet style temples, adjustable metal nose pad arms and clear nose pads. The frames look very good while protecting your eyes. Available in polarized and non polarized versions. Excellent value and if you lose a pair you won’t cry over the money you spent.

Bought this when my Raybans lost a screw and lens fell out. Wanted to try this American style sunglases to replace my raybans and they are working in my environment (harsh Karoo desert , heat, strong wind and then cold). They work perfectly and easy to put on and remove while wearing a needed hat, heat + sweat and frequent take off and put on, just perfect and good quality at a low price point. It's the real deal, I wouldn't waist my time to provide feedback otherwise. Worth it 100%

I remember when genuine R.E. HGU-4/P's could be had for around 30 USD. Amazing what an inaccurate movie about Navy jocks can do to sunglasses. Anyways, these glasses look the HGU-4/P part. The mechanism allows for larger heads to wear them and the bottom line is they are definitely comfortable! Lenses are plastic, offer decent glare reduction and a low end amount of polarization. Compare them with real polarized sunglasses to see what I mean. Nonetheless, you get what you pay for with these glasses. I would not recommend flying with these glasses as most of you pilots know the deal about sun rays and high altitude, these aren't going to cut it. Also noted is the free cleaning wipe and soft carry case/bag that come with it will help keep these little plastic gems in top notch order.

I was issued sun glasses similar to this a couple years ago, and I wanted a couple extra pairs. Slight differences between these and what Uncle Sam issues. These have black now pieces whereas the issued pairs are clear. These have a more square bottom to the frames, where as gov issue is more rounded. About the same size though. Great sunglasses for the price. And there’s two of them in a case!

Though they're made pretty good, these are a rough fit. By "rough" I mean "not good". I wear a 7 1/4 hat; I don't have a pin head. These glasses fall off every time when I look down. When I get a minute I'll try to heat and mold the ear piece inward to see if that helps, but I have no intention on returning them. They're cheap enough to make a project out of. After all, I like the lenses.

I’ve had three pair of these. The first pare came in a hard carrying case that was fit just for those glasses. They had hinged frames. The second pair I bought did not come with a case just came in the mail in a soft cloth. They were the same as before. The third pair I bought were totally different glasses. I have ordered few aviator style. The third pair were the same as the cheap ones from temu. They had a good product but not anymore. Don’t trust the reviews after the fist of this year.
