I ordered this phone for my elderly mother, she struggles with technology and I needed something that was easy enough for her to navigate. It was easy to set up and the numbers for the SOS function (the big red button) it has all the contacts she is likely to need and the family have a bit of piece of mind when she goes out and meets up with her sister, as they are both prone to falls but are adamant they want to remain independent as possible.

This was bought for an elderly relative and from the photo it looked to be okHowever it was very flimsy and cheap looking, the case looked as though it could break easily so we returned it

This was purchased for my elderly mother to use in hospital and set up for her with family phone numbers etc. She was thrilled to have it. Its generally fine, but i have given it a 4 rather than a 5 because (1) sometimes there is a lot of text in the window which can be confusing for her, (2) the charging wire is very short, and needs to go into a USB port which she doesn't have. It was therefore necessary to purchase a USB/plug adaptor and a longer wire.

Very good phone. Ideal for someone who wants a mobile phone but not a Smartphone, The only problem is that the instruction booklet is not very helpful, the Internet is better.

I bought this big button mobile phone for my elderly father. After a few days the phone will not turn on or charge. Very disappointing as this was to be used as an easy option for him to contact my siblings and myself.
