i tried everything to turn on on 100% battery charged but no respond of watch faces.Tries reconnect and connect biut no repsponse on the watch. Totally black screen upon removing from charger.I need repalcement of the watch

Actualizado a 24 de enero Estaba encantada con este reloj, puedes leerlo abajo. Pero me lo tuvieron que cambiar una vez porque en una actualización a las 2 semanas dejó de funcionar. Esperaba que el segundo fuera bien, pero no de nuevo problemas, no me leía las notificaciones, se quedaba pillado... Horror, pedí que me devolvieran el dinero. La gestión de Amazon de 10. El reloj 0. Una pena. --- Estoy super contenta con el reloj. Había probado varios relojes inteligentes pero ninguno funcionaba con mi Xiaomi Mi 9, pero este va genial. Recibo notificaciones, me mide el pulso, el oxigeno, con la última actualización el estrés también. Es precioso, elegante pero moderno. La esfera se ve genial en todas las circunstancia, la batería aguanta muchísimos días. La única pega es la correa, que a 1 semana de uso, ya se empieza a ensuciar y estropear, pero trae otra de repuesto por lo que ni tan mal. Super contenta.

Great design, great features. Love really the look and feel of it. Great build quality. For160 euros it is a great watch. Also has a great battery, I can sleep and wake up with it without worrying about charging it all the time.
