Very happy with purchase. Top notch materials and design. Excellent when you are traveling and want to carry one small set of aerobic or walking weights. You can shadow box with the end weights. Very nice.

Remarkable engineering and build. Very compact, very dense feeling and snug fit in the hand. Rather than a dumbbell, it makes your hand/fist feel heavy. Perfect for movement in any direction, any pattern. Worth every penny, nothing else like them. Fantastic!

Shadow boxing, walking etc - these are great

The Egg Weights are fantastic and everything I wanted when I purchased them my only biggest complaint is that the 30 day fitness help with the Egg Weights is crap the online website for eggweights.com is crap and you cannot even logon to be able to get your free 30 days to help you work out with these egg weights so if you were counting on that the most when you purchased this, I would not purchase, but the Egg Weights are fantastic. Wish I could get a partial refund because the 30 day help does not work.

I use these weights for FMA practice when there isn't a lot of space to use items. It is a great weight, made with good materials, and I believe that they will last for a long time. Very satisfied and might purchase another pair.

My wife and I use these for shadow boxing rounds, or a target number per round, on the Airodyne bike, perfect size and weight, #1, no elbow tendinitis or pain. Have had them for about 6 mos and they are a part of our daily training.
