The plate under the pot is broken
I received the pot, but the underplate was broken, and I would like to have another plate to put under the bottle. I will not give a star until I receive the perfect item, not broken items! It doesn’t do the cold water and water taste is so bad .

Water treated in this jug taste amazing.
One of my favorite amazon purchases, and one of the best ways to purify your tap water for drinking. To remove toxic chloramine, also buy campden tablets, and use tulsi (Holy Basil) to remove toxic fluoride.

Greatly Made but Poor Taste
It adds a terrible flavor to water so I guess can only be used as decoration.
