one of the worst buy i have ever had on Amazon
one of the worst buy i have ever had on Amazon. My son bought this with much anticipation but it was a great disappointment. very poor quality, flimsy and bad finish. some of the parts would not even put together. once put together it fell off easily. the propeller keeps on falling off and at the end fell of permanently. He is very sad and mad. I am mad, because waisted money on piece of crap.DO NOT BUY THIS OR FROM THIS BUYER.

This was one of the more difficult E-Zs to put together. Fit up is always hit or miss on these models. Never could get the tail hook right.

Nice looking kit, hard to put together
Almost none of the pieces actually fit together. I had to glue the fuselage together. Instructions very unclear. Tail pieces don't fit into the fuselage without glue and sanding them down. Just a poor kit overall

Customer Service
The customer service was the most important part of this whole experience. I was shipped a defective product and they honored the return. I love this plane and wanted to get one that wasn’t defective so I asked to get a replacement.It arrived a lot quicker than the estimated shipping dates. I haven’t put the new one together yet but I am thankful this company did the right thing. I hope the new one isn’t defective.

I have to agree with the other reviewers here. The quality of this kit is very low. I gave it two stars because we WERE able to get it together, but my son needed a lot of help - not because it's actually COMPLICATED, but because the build quality is so low that things just wouldn't fit together for him, the instructions were very low-quality, etc. Maybe the title just has a typo. Change "E-Z" to "Real Pain" and everything else is accurate...
