Almost perfect nougat!
This is excellent nougat . . . it's softish but has some texture. This might be overly sweet for some tastes, but I found it just about perfect.

Fresh almonds, crunchy with a touch of softness too.
Very delicious crunchy torrone but more on the sweeter side. Wish it's cheaper than &22.00 for 1 bar of 10 inches long and half an inch thick. Would love to get more but just way too expensive.
