Only HeartsWomen's Metallic Jersey Skinny Tank

I bought the Metallic Jersey Skinny Tank on clearance for $17.74 in Poppy (Small). Although I'm not big on wearing this color, I was curious about the brand, Only Hearts, as I had never worn it before. I was actually interested in the Gunmetal color, but since it was only available at full price, I settled on this as a "test drive."This is my take...PURPOSE | I personally feel that this top best serves as a layering tank. There's no way to completely conceal bra straps due to the cut. It's very form fitting and doesn't add bulk, so it works great as an undershirt that's intended to be visible. I like to wear it as a shell under my favorite dress suit as well as an under top with my causal Calvin Klein blouses. Also, because it's comfortable, it feels good next to the skin.TEXTURE | I am very impressed by the texture of the fabric. Unlike most metallic shirts, the material is actually incredibly soft! I live in Phoenix so I'm very picky about the fabrics I wear during the summer. This material is soft enough to wear on the hottest days.VISIBILITY | While the fabric is lightweight, it's virtually 100% opaque, so it doesn't show your bra. (Yet, the size small does show the outline since it's so tight on me.)SIZE | The top runs very, very small. I also ended up buying one on sale in Medium/Sea Foam and found it to be tiny as well. (I generally wear a size 4 in dresses.) I notified a good proportion between length to size as the medium is significantly longer than the small.METALLIC ELEMENT | This tank looks very beautiful and elegant in person. It's rare in how it manages to provide bling without looking tacky. I feel that it's an age appropriate top to wear whether you're 21 or 65! The metallic sheen is noticeably fun but doesn't project a trashy look like many sequined tops do.COST | Although I really love this top, I still struggle to justify buying one at full-cost, which is currently around $68. It's just a thin tank top after all... Yet, I have yet to find a shirt of equitable quality at a lower cost. So, if you're willing to spend this much on a layering tank, then I definitely recommend it.

I really love the sparkly metallic fabric. It’s pretty but not flashy. I usually wear a small in everything but the Large was a lot cheaper and based on reviews I thought it might work. It fits fine, so a small would’ve been pretty tight. Looks just like the one on the model. It is a long length. Fitted. The straps are very narrow, really just bra strap width. It has a kinda low scoop neck. I got it to wear under a similarly sparkly low cut wrap dress so I think it’s really perfect for layering.

Item is not as sparkly as described, and the straps are VERY THIN, and do not match up to bra straps well ! I am keeping because I can wear under shirts and jackets. I am 5'10" and busty; I usually wear medium or large top, but needed an extra large here

This is a great layering tank but it does have a very slim cut. I usually wear a small in this brand but would recommend sizing up unless you are looking for a very fitted tank.

This does not sit like its shown in the picture it fits like a t-shirt so it has a much higher neck line than shown it also has thicker sleeves/straps than shown. I ordered a large but needed a medium. But I do like the coloring of this and that much is true to the picture

great to put under blazers. only gave the violet 4 stars (vs poppy 5 stars) because the color was more beige-ish, than with any lavender in it. pretty tank

too tight to wear alone, but should be fine under sweaters

This top was a great bargain and very sexy
