Well made, minor issue was quickly resolved
I purchased the Dino Bruto Dog toy for my labradoodle who is quite fond of squeaky, squawky stuffed toys and oddly enough has shown a preference for purple. I opened the package with my hound standing by waiting for his gift. I detached the tags and attempted to squeak the toy. It seemed difficult to squeak or honk. I tossed the purple Dino Bruto to my dog who excitedly chomped to squeak. The toy squawked a couple times and then just quit. My poor hound was staring up at me with that "what's up with this" look on his face. I tracked down the website for the GoDog toys, not going through the Amazon return process. I called the good people at GoDog and stated simply that my dog's favorite part of the toy failed quite quickly and I was wondering about guarantees. I was told to go to the website and file a replacement request. The replacement request required that I include a photo which I did as directed. I received an reply email within a couple hours which stated that a new toy would be sent out shortly.I am happy to report that we received a replacement toy, not the purple Dino, but a colorful wood duck. The squawker device works well and is still performing like new more than a month later. It appears that the squeaker is not those little plastic squeakers but the bigger heavy plastic bag, bladder, with what I visualize as a duck call sort of sound device. I am guessing because I haven't seen the inside of the GoDog toys. I have seen the guts of other stuffed toys which use this type of noise device. While our dog seems to enjoy the sound of the plastic bag, bladder set-up squawkers, they seem to fail quickly and I tend to avoid them because of this. The toys using this type of squawker that I have seen, use what looks like a cheap lightweight plastic bag which is not securely attached to the "voice box".Since the GoDog replacement toy is holding up so well, I am guessing GoDog uses a heavier grade plastic bladder coupled with reinforced construction. The purple Dino Bruto toy still looks new even after multiple times of our hound grabbing the purple toy, shaking it at us with his invite to give chase or play keep away. Since the squawker failed so quickly with the new toy, I figure it was just a defective item which does not reflect the general quality of toys from GoDog.One evening our neighbor was visiting while his pitbull was playing in our yard with our dog. Our patio door was open so our dog ran into the house and grabbed his purple Dino Bruto toy. He is a bit of a show-off with new toys. Our dog then went racing back into the yard, shaking his GoDog toy at the pitbull. A quick game of tug-of-war ensued. Since this is a new toy, our neighbor leaped into the game and took the toy away from the dogs. In that short time of tugging between the dogs, the toy held together and did not even pull apart at any of the seams. There were no puncture marks either. This is a game our dog has initiated before with the neighbor pitbull. Normally, the stuffed toys are ripped apart almost immediately. I was surprised and impressed with the quality of the sewing which appears to employ some sort of reinforced construction or heavier material.I plan to make more purchases from GoDog toys. The toys are a little more expensive than some stuffed dogs toys but they hold up so well I figure they are worth a few more dollars. They are great toys that hold up well and the company provides quick responses to inquiries. I consider this a winning combination.

Good plushie, great price
This little blue plushie is one of my dog’s favorite toys. She enjoys carrying it around the house. It isn’t terribly durable, but for the price it’s fine. I sew it back up for her to play with it again, and it’s easy enough to throw it into a small laundry bag and give it a wash. I love that she can see the color of this toy!!

I've Finally Found The Holy Grail Of Tough, Indestructible Squeaky Dog Toys!!
Yes, I've said it!! I've been a dog mum for over 40 years and I work with mostly giant breeds with aggression issues. I've had every breed and mix imaginable and they have all been able to destroy the coveted polish dog toy with a squeaker, usually with 15 minutes they are destroyed and the squeaker is on the mouth of a dog as I chase it around to be sure they don't swallow it. The GoDog PlayClean squeaky plush dog toys are amazing!! I've have a Blue Heeler that defluffs a toy on 2 minutes flat, she hasn't even been able to open a seam on the GoDog squeaky Plush Dog Toys, not one of them!! I was so amazed I ordered 6 more GoDog toys, all different varieties of GoDog brand toys. Amazingly the dog toy basket is full of plush squeaky toys, all of which are still intact, still plush and the squeaker still work in all of them and believe me, the Heeler has worked on one of another for hours. This is a plus in my life, I have multiple dogs that are forever in my home & I will foster/adopt more dogs in the future, and they can all enjoy these GoDog. toys. It used to make no sense to me,to buy dog toys, as they were only ruined within minutes, it was simply like throwing away money. I promise you, try one of these Godog plush squeaky dog toys, you will be amazed at how tough and durable they are, and how much your dogs will enjoy them. They also claim to help work against germs and I can also report that after weeks of being played with, they still don't have that "dog toy smell", looks like they need to be washed, but that only normal. THIS IS the Holy Grail my crazy dog friends!! The Holy Grail Of dog toys!! I almost didn't want to review these GoDog toys, for fear that it would drive the prices of them up, especially after other dog families found out how amazing these toys really are. I am not a paid sponsor, simply a dog mom.

It only took 2 days before the poor thing had a hole in its leg where it joins its body. However, it's not showing any other signs of damage and the hole hasn't increased in size because the material is harder to rip. Also, some stuffing has come out, but it's only been a few pieces as it was stuffed very compactly. I will buy another again once this one has met its demise. Hopefully I can get one without legs!?

My dog likes it
My Great Pyr has not totally destroyed this thing. Yes, there is a rip, but it isn't a dealbreaker for either her or me. She loves to play with this, tossing it up in the air and then trying to catch it. I can't ask for anything more than it making my dog happy and it does.

it is tiny
I bought this thinking is was about as large as some other tough to chew toys I have purchased in the past. I should have read the description, so it is totally on me....but it is only about 5/6 inches from tail tip to snout...very tiny.I gave it to the neighbors dachshund. It was the perfect gift for him...loud squeaker, tough durable chew toy, and really cute.So if you have a tiny dog this is the perfect gift but if you have anything larger than a toy or a dachshund size...this toy is way too little

Lasted only a few hours
Dog loves to chase rabbits so purchased. Dog took the the toy immediately and carried it around. However, the toy comes with two white product tags on the top and the bottom. Dog started pulling on the top tag which once torn created a small hole in the head and it all came to and end there. As you can see from the photo, the top was then able to be torn completely off with threads then being exposed. Product should come without tags in my opinion

Best dog toy purchase ever-Great for strong chewers!
My dog absolutely loved this toy as a puppy. He dragged it everywhere with him, and even slept with it. It's the only toy to survive his puppyhood. He's three years old now and still needs to destroy all toys, no matter what the material is...even a black rubber Kong doesn't last more than five minutes with him. Anything with a squeaker in it lasts a few minutes at most.He did manage to chew off the tail during his puppy teething stage. This is because it's sewn on to the body separately, with only about an inch of stitching. Genius design otherwise... The fabric is exceptionally strong. An arm and leg is made as a single tube-style unit which slides through holes in the body; two on each side. This makes the toy perfect for playing tug-of war without fear of ripping off the limbs. It's also a great toy for tossing about in a game of fetch. My dog loves the five squeakers in this toy (one in the body, and one in each of the hands and feet). The loss of its tail did not detract from his pleasure of this otherwise hardy toy.I couldn't throw out his original monkey for sentimental reasons. A few months ago, he found it buried in a basket and resurrected it. It's still his favourite toy so I decided to treat him with a new one, and he loves this one just as much... One month later, all limbs, squeakers, and tail still intact.I highly recommend this toy!

Perfect toy
She loves this toy, this is her second toy of this company. The first one was a gift from my son. She usually rips her toys apart but these are the best and they last. Highly recommend!!

Holds up
If you have a dachshund, you know their appreciation for a good dismemberment is second only to an 80’s movie serial killer’s. If the toy squeaks, even better to represent the heart of their vanquished foe. Best dig into that toy and tear it out. Got arms, legs or a tail? These are perfect for the obsessive focus on getting a thread loose, then a seam and then full on amputation.I figured this toy was going to last a couple of days at best and then end up in the graveyard with the rest of them. Not so!My boy went at it with his usual compulsion. First the weakest link, the crest. It didn’t last long. Once it ripped, I cut it off to avoid the felt poops. All good though, since the seam that holds it on did not split.Undaunted, he started working the eyes and face like a heavyweight boxer. No luck there either. Then the legs and tail. He was unsuccessful at removing any of them. He may have met his match! There are other toys that hold up well but he doesn’t enjoy using them. I mean, who wants to chew on a brick? This is now his go-to toy. It’s soft enough for him to want to destroy it and sturdy enough so that he can’t.Two paws up!
