we take a dropper every day and always feel GREAT. I put mine in a glass of water and husband puts his under his tongue (which is too much for me to take the taste) and both love it

I've been taking for almost 2 weeks now. I don't know if it's helping or not. It could just be me so I won't say it's the products fault. The dropper is leaky and I have to wipe off the bottle every time I use it, and sometimes have to wash my hands after. It's a little sticky and dark.
