Cooler accha hai no doubt but quality poor hai and cooler ke sath stand Mila wo to bht hi bekar nikla isliye Hume cooler ko window me set krna pda

The cooler is made up of minimum amount of materials. The body is very flimsy and will break for sure if it had a minor bump. Same goes for the trolly which is so thin that I almost shattered it while installing the castor wheels. If this cooler was below 5 thousand then I would have no above mentioned problems. The pads are not honey comb but some cheap hay. Nosie level is fine. But since they are charging a premium and I bought this for my office staff I have a big problem with the brand. I was under the impression that this is the best brand but I was mistaken. We can buy two and a half coolers in this price from the local market. I would not recommend this product that this price.

Excellent Desert cooler for desert area. Good performance in window

Plastic stand of Air cooler is very delicate. Plastic stand has low strength and may broken in future which is of low quality. Cooling wise air cooler gives a good cooling effect during summer. Product is good. I am using it in my bed room. Very good cooling.

Very nice. Easy to handle because I am 73 yrs.old. Cooling in quick time. Totaly very good Product.

Please try and avoid ordering online. I received a defective cooler. Fan was rotating in opposite direction. As per procedure contacted Symphony company. Contacting them was a long and tedious process. Finally they sent a service engineer for rectification. He confirmed that cooler is defective and he needs permission from company to open the motor and few more days for rectification. He himself suggested to avoid buying online. If I had waited for rectification I may be using cooler for next summer. Companies tend to clear defective/seconds through online demands. It is not Amazon fault but Amazon could do little to rectify. Amazon will give a replacement if item is broken/scratches are seen. It was a lengthy process and I had to raise the level with Amazon for return. After persistent calls and following procedure defective item was picked up. After thought: It would have been better had I visited the shop and bought the item directly. There was no response from Symphony even after raising complaint with Customer care

Awesome Product, Value for money, go for it..!! But remember this is much more effective if you use it as desert cooler(like placed on window) Awesome Air Flow, Awesome Cooling, trust me u will feel like hill stations in summer. But i am not pretty much sure that about this cooler usage in rainy season or in humidity environment. But i think it will work perfectly in humidity environment as compare to other coolers..!!
