These inserts are making several pairs of shoes wearable again. The support the inserts give really make my feet comfortable in shoes I reluctantly had to stop wearing. Makes my knees and ankles hurt less too!!!

I have very over pronated flat feet and have to have good insoles in all my shoes. These have been my go to whenever I get a new pair of shoes. I can be on my feet for well over 10 miles at a time with no issues, if I have these supports in my shoes. When I was first getting used to them my feet felt a bit fatigued, but after a few days of wearing them for a couple hours at a time, my feet were totally acclimated to the new support. I would recommend these to anyone that needs good foot support.

Given that my feet are totally flat and oddly shaped, I doubt that there is a perfect fit for me. But this is the most supportive one I have found to date.Because my arches are so flat, I have had to suffer from balance and back problems most of my adult life. So I have to make a choice between cushyness for comfort, or support for stability. With that history, stability wins out, and these inserts fill the bill.1. The inserts are very firm, but have enough give to absorb the shock of walking. they are reasonably comfortable given their lack of deep padding.2. They keep my arches from over-pronating and thus allows me to keep my legs in better alignment.3. Although I haven't worn these a long time, they do provide more stability, and seem to help with my lower back problems.Are they perfect for everyone? Depends on your needs. But I highly recommend them for someone with my problem feet.

My feet ,ankles and knees all just gave a sigh of relief. These inserts are easy to cut so they have snuggled into a favorite pair of ballet flat style of shoe perfectly and have realigned about half of my body by providing much needed arch support.

My husband purchased this for use in work boots. He walks a lot of miles in the regular course of a race day. These do not last or provide enough comfort long enough for his purposes. I believe they would be appropriate for every day casual use.

I bought these for my 16yr old son to wear in his football cleats. He has very flat feet and has alot of foot and ankle pain after practices. He has been wearing these for a few weeks now and has already noticed a big difference with his foot and ankle pain. Wish I would have bought these for him sooner!

These insoles were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever worn. It felt like a rock under my arch. I even got blisters. I have flat feet with overpronation and these were just painful.

Wow! I cannot recommend these insoles highly enough. They have been a real game changer for me. I could feel the results right away.I've been struggling with Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis since I was in my teens and running cross-country regularly. However, when I was around 19 or 20, the minor injuries got considerably worse. My 20s have been plagued with a cycle of Achilles and heel pain. I have had extensive physiotherapy, I stretch regularly, and foam roll. I've tried many different kinds of shoes with built-in arch support. However, these insoles go even further than any of the shoes I've tried.It does take some time to adjust to them but I noticed the difference right away. They were slightly uncomfortable to begin with and my feet ached slightly once I took my shoes off. However, what was absent was the sharp pain of Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. After using them for a lot longer, the discomfort has largely dissipated.That said, a word of warning. Make sure that the insoles are correctly inserted in the shoe as if the ball is not correctly placed under the arch, it will be painful to run in these. It can also lead to blistering and bleeding if the insoles are not correctly aligned. Take a few attempts of trying the shoes on with the insoles before going for a run.

I bought these as I have very flat feet and was experiencing a pain in my left heel that I could hardly walk on.It said wear for an hour 5hen gradually increase. I wore them all day forgot I had them on and the heel pain has gone. Iv been wearing for about a week now and the pain in my heel is gone and I find them very supportive of my feet. Very good buy, highly recommend

They arrived on time. I found them very comfortable although my shoes were a tighter fit due to the thickness of the material, but nothing drastic. I have tried other makes which were good, I thought I would give these a try, they were slightly more expensive, but they did what I purchased them for easing any discomfort in my feet. I would buy them again.

They were too bulky to fit inside my shoes, I am better with the half foot ones

Walk a lot and had long suffered with foot pains. This is my second purchase so I can say without doubt that since using these my pain been almost eliminated. I honestly believe this has been one of the best products I have bought. Can’t praise them enough.
