Perfectly imperfect
One minor, unnoticeable chip in the bottom corner screen. Functionality is perfect! Quality Apple product for the price. I definitely would recommend.

Very happy
Very impressed. I was all set up for a big deal about transferring stuff over from my old Mac. But, as I was setting it up it asked me if I wanted to transfer the stuff remotely. It worked perfectly. I’ve had it for about five days and I am very happy.

After wrestling with the vendor when the initial failure, I'm happy with the computer.
I had to return this because it would not boot up. I was not happy with Computerland's response to my return request because the tech is talked to was adamant that I must have done something to sabotage the setup. He finally issued a return label and, after they checked it out concurred with my assertion that wouldn't boot up. Then they immediately reinstalled the software a nd got it back to me the next day. It now works fine and seems like a very good computer to me. So, other than my initial contact with the vendor I am quite happy with this purchase. Had it worked this well at the outset, I'd have given it five stars.

Wonderful purchase
Perfect! I was able to track it the whole way, and it hooked to my wi-fi w no problem. Downloading Sequoia now!! And, all my stuff synced up easily!!

Surprisingly Excellent Refurb
This has been one of our best purchases of 2025. We were initially skeptical about buying a refurbished model after reading some mixed reviews, but we decided to take a chance & we’re glad we did. The computer arrived exceptionally well packaged and included a brand new wireless keyboard, mouse, and all necessary power cords. Setup was quick and easy, and it’s worked flawlessly ever since. If you’re looking for an Apple computer, I highly recommend giving this one a try

Computer locked & will not start
Computer will not power up it has BLACK screen. BEWARE, I tried to call for assistance from the seller I got no help.

Welcome to iMac - My First
I still am in awe of getting this machine for the price I did. My first iMac and I could not be more pleased. Fantastic for the things I need to do - and great integration with my iPad and iPhone. Amazing - would recommend. Build quality is great, setup was a breeze, speed is good, condition excellent. Won't be going back to Windows at all.

came with off brand accessories but at least they sent some cant really beat the price , i will probably upgrade the memory overall a good buy
